pioneer BDP LX08
Pioneer Blu Ray Player Review
The Pioneer BDP LX08 is not only sleeker and more stylish then the company’s previous offerings but will also fit in perfectly with any Pioneer
home cinema receiver, allowing you to make your own tailored Blu ray system. The player has an aluminium top and black acrylic front to create a
modern and low key looking machine that would not look out of place in any home.
However, the Pioneer BDP-LX08 is not just a pretty face; it also offers you unrivalled image quality. With 1080p resolution and 24 frames per second
speed coupled with the high tech HDMI Deep Colour, this player will give you the dream viewing experience. The images will be clear and crisp with
exquisite detail and the colour bold but natural looking.
The Pioneer LX08 also has excellent audio capabilities, with 4 Wolfson WM8740 DACs. It is also able to decode and output TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus
along with DTS-HD Master Audio although this is Bitstream output only.
The Pioneer LX08 Blu-ray player will also play your CD collection to an extremely high audio standard via HDMI and the Precision Quartz Lock System.
This will give you a well developed, natural tone to the sound quality via the ability of the player to time accurately.
The BDP LX08 is compatible with a number of disc formats, including CD/ CD-DA / DVD / DVD-R / DVD-R DL / DVD-RW / BD / BD-R / BD-RE / BD-ROM and DivX.
There are also a number of technical adjustments available so that you can get the picture and quality just as you want it. These include Chroma level
and delay and black/white levels. The Pioneer BDP LX08 has also been made especially to match the LX receivers and KURO TVs. If you are looking for
a top of the range Blu ray player then this should definitely be top of your list.
